Services
We provide various services at different price points. You can let us know of a package you are interested in and once you send us how many units and the location of your HOA a free quote will be sent to you within 1 business day. You can chose from a Standard package of Full Package and whether you would like your meeting to be conducted in-person or Zoom. Price changes based on how many units your HOA has.
* We also provide Notary Public Services please message or call for those.
Standard Package: This package contains the following services. It does not include the making and sending out of ballots. That service would be conducted by your Property Management. This is more price effective if your Property Management already has a printing location.
- Provide staffing and equipment for the ballot counting process.
- Provide documentation of election results.
- Provide storing of ballots for one year accordingly to Section 5145 and 5125.
*Includes meeting up to 1.5 hours and one class of voters. Price increases if meeting goes over 1.5 hours.
In-Person Meetings:
The first meeting will be a flat rate (cost increase for time and travel expenses). Upon attendance of the first meeting should the HOA not meet their required quorum each meeting following in which my attendance is required will incur a cost of $75.00 extra per each meeting (for meetings up to 1.5 hours) until quorum is met.
(Please note if there is no quorum for any of the meetings the association can opt to tell me two hour prior to their in-person meeting that they do not need me to attend)
Zoom Meeting:
Meetings on Zoom only have a flat rate no matter how many meetings it takes to reach quorum. The Zoom meetings can be recorded upon request for the association’s records or to distribute to all the members of the association. Most associations opt for Zoom meetings because it is the most cost effective, convenient, and due to Covid still being an issue for some people.
Full Package: This Package would have your Inspector of Elections conducting a full service. Including the printing and the mailing of the ballots. As well as the following service included in the standard package. This package requires a partial upfront payment to cover costs. Once the election is complete the rest of the portion fee will be requested.
- Receive ballots/ proxies and attendance of Inspector of Election and assistants (as needed) at meeting.
